What is your processing time?

Our apparel is made to order, so standard items take 3-4 business days to process.  Personalized items take 5 business days to process.  Processing time is not the same as delivery time.  Find more details here in our shipping policy.

How do you ship your orders?

We utilize USPS for the majority of our orders.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation either by email or SMS text.  Within the confirmation, you will be provided your USPS tracking number that allows you to monitor your package on the USPS website. Information may take 24-48 hours to show up on the USPS site.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to change or cancel your order.  You may do so by reaching out to us at letsrunitblack@gmail.com, or by filling out our contact form found here.

What is your refund policy?

You have 14 days after your delivery to initiate a return.  Personalized items may not be returned.  See more details regarding our return policy here.

Is my data secure on your site?

Do you offer bulk wholesale orders and pricing?
